Welcome to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Wentworthville. We are a Catholic faith community of the Diocese of Parramatta in the care of the Carmelite Friars. Established in as a parish in 1946, the Carmelites took responsibility for the parish ten years later. The first Catholic church was built in Wentworthville on the site of the present parish and school in 1922.
